Hakeem Rider app for iPhone and iPad

Hakeem Rider is a drivers delivery mobile app that is built for hospitals, pharmacies, homecare & insurance companies to perform Medication Home Delivery Services.


A user-friendly app designed to help drivers manage their delivery tasks starting from picking up the packages from the dispatcher’s location to delivering them to the patient’s doorstep.


The journey starts by assigning the hospital all the delivery tasks to the drivers which is an automated process, the driver will accept the task and pick it up from the hospital by scanning the QR code attached to each package.


The driver can use Hakeem’s route optimization feature to arrange the delivery tasks in hand, which provides the best available route according to ETA and traffic on the roads.


Once the driver starts the delivery, the patient will receive an SMS with an active and smart tracking link in addition to the drivers contact information for any clarifications.


Hakeem Rider will provide the drivers with all the needed patient information so they could contact the patient in case of they need any additional information.


The application also requests proof of delivery where the driver can have the patients signature, ID picture, and any additional requirements to be requested by the hospital.


Patients can provide their feedback regarding the delivery service and the experience by receiving an SMS with a rating system.
